Free Wi-Fi connection: WIFI PYRENE
- First login: Enter your room number, then your first and last name, and your email address.
- You will receive an email with your Wi-Fi access code.
- Access activation: enter your username (email) then enter the code you received
- Subsequent connections: email + same code

Animals
Pets are allowed on the premises, under certain conditions.

Luggage & Personal Belongings
Free luggage storage is available at reception, before your arrival or after your departure. Please ask a member of staff for assistance.
For your safety, we remind you that:
- Management cannot be held responsible for personal belongings left in the rooms
- It is strongly advised not to leave valuables or equipment in vehicles parked in the hotel car park.

We accept payments by: Visa, Mastercard, checks, holiday vouchers, American Express, and cash.
Parking
Private parking is available to all guests free of charge. The section of the parking lot closest to the hotel building is reserved for motorcycles.
Do not leave valuables or equipment in cars in the hotel parking lot.
Three garages are available to customers upon request:
- Car: €10
- Motorcycle: €5
You can leave your vehicle in the car park for a few days for a fee of €15 per week.
An electric vehicle charging station is available in the parking lot. Charging costs a flat rate of €10.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the restaurant room on the ground floor, in a friendly atmosphere.

- From 7:15 am to 10:30 am on weekdays
- From 7:30 am to 10:30 am on weekends

Pool
- The hotel swimming pool is open from June 15th to August 31st each year.
- Access hours are from 8am to 9pm maximum.
- The rules for the swimming pool are posted near it in order to ensure the well-being of everyone.
- The hotel towels can be used and we would appreciate it if you could return them to your room after your bath.

The reception is open every day:
- From 7:00 am to 9:30 pm in high season
- From 7:00 am to 9:00 pm in the low season

Access outside reception hours
- Outside of opening hours, access to the hotel remains possible via a keypad, located to the right of the main entrance.
- An advance payment is required for any arrival outside of reception hours.
- Please remember to ask for the access code at reception before your arrival.
Raising awareness of energy efficiency
We are working on an eco-responsible approach (water, energy, recycling). Your simple actions can greatly contribute to this:
- Place the towels you wish to have changed in the bathtub and place the sheet tag on your bed when you would like the sheets changed (for your longer stays).
- Don't forget to turn off the lights, the television and close the bathroom taps when leaving your room.
- We will systematically switch off the air conditioning that has been left on all day.
- Recycling: We are committed to recycling and provide a bag next to the bin for your recyclables.

Pillows
We have two types of pillows. You will find additional pillows in your bedroom closet.
Baby cots, adapters, tables, and irons are available upon request. Please do not smoke in the rooms. All our rooms are non-smoking.
Laundry
We offer a laundry washing and drying service.
We ask that you place the laundry in a bag at the desired temperature and we will return the laundry washed and dried.
The cost of this service is €12 (wash and dry).
